I will always choose fresh herbs when available, but come fall and winter soup season, it’s nice to have a supply of your own dried herbs in the pantry.

How Does My Garden Grow?
Our courtyard of small new gardens has fared well this spring, and we were rewarded with buds, blooms and new growth. I can’t wait to see what the subsequent seasons – and years – have in store.
