Another Awesome Day for a Tour in Madison, Indiana
Sunshine, blue skies, pleasant temperatures and a golf cart are a great combo just about anywhere. Put them in Madison, Indiana on a fall day during a Loft Tour of commercial district properties? Awesome!
Reflections on Peonies… and Dad
The two things that say “May” to me are peonies and Memorial Day. Just before our first wedding anniversary, we moved to Dallas, where Ken had enrolled in graduate school at Southern Methodist University. What a great …
A New Angel for the Christmas Family Tree
I created a vintage-inspired Christmas tree that featured “my angels” — my mother and all of my grandmothers over time for whom I had photographs — and included Victorian scrap angels, and vintage glass ornaments and garland. It is lovely and a wonderful reminder of love and family during the holidays.
New Home. New Table!
The 315 Poplar Street dining room has plenty of charm. Unfortunately, it is short on space compared to our current home. (Good thing I like charm… )
