Henry's Tomato Salsa

A quick food processor salsa that's great with chips or on a taco!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender or Food Processor
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, lower stalks removed & discarded
  • 1/2 yellow/white onion, roughly chopped
  • 1-1 1/2 jalapeno pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • EVOO to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender/food processor (or use a stick/immersion blender) and pulse to desired consistency.
  • Taste test and adjust seasonings as needed.
