Aunt Jane's Blueberry Sour Cream Pie
A delicious blueberry pie that's not too sweet and features a delishly nutty streusel topping. Fresh berries preferred, but frozen can be used.

Pie Filling
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries
Streusel Topping
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp butter, slightly softened
- 3 tbsp chopped walnuts (or chopped pecans)
Streusel Topping
While pie is baking, combine all three topping ingredients, mixing well.
After 35 minutes, remove pie from oven and sprinkle topping over the top of the pie.
Bake 10 additional minutes at 400 degrees
Remove pie from oven and cool. Chill before serving.
